Educational Outreach Program
Because of their expertise, the nutritionists at KER have been called on to teach equine nutrition at veterinary colleges both in the United States and abroad. They have been involved in lectures and education opportunities at:
- College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Minnesota
- College of Veterinary Medicine at the Washington State University
- Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph
- University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Brno, Czech Republic
KER nutritionists have also given presentations to veterinary groups in several states including Kentucky, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington, and Georgia. Other presentations have been held in Canada and Australia.
