Kentucky Equine Research continued a long tradition of success at the annual American Horse Publications Equine Media Awards, held this year in Tempe, Arizona, June 24, during the AHP Equine Media “Meet Me at Mesa” Conference. The company claimed top honors for its corporate website, ker.com.

According to the judging panel, ker.com is a “highly effective website that is carefully organized and very user-friendly. I appreciate the searching capabilities that arrive at pertinent and helpful information. Videos are highly effective. The statistics show how useful and appreciated this is.”

The website features a content library populated with new articles every week and serves as the foundation for Equinews, one of several newsletters published by Kentucky Equine Research. In addition to the library, the site features information about the company’s research-proven products.

Kentucky Equine Research earned the same top award in 2020 and 2021.

This year’s competition celebrates material published in 2022 and drew hundreds of entries submitted by freelance writers, publishers, and businesses. Kentucky Equine Research won its first AHP Equine Media Awards more than 20 years ago.

According to its website,American Horse Publications strives to be the primary source of education, resources, and networking for the equine media community, believing a proactive approach in an ever-evolving communications-driven world allows the flexibility and opportunity to promote, support and reward excellence in equine media.”
