Kentucky Equine Research Partnering with Saracen Horse Feeds on Nutrition Seminar

Kentucky Equine Research is proud to be collaborating with long-time manufacturing partner Saracen Horse Feeds on its upcoming Equine Health and Nutrition Seminar: Applying the Science for Sports Horses.

With a partnership that spans over 20 years, Saracen Horse Feeds and Kentucky Equine Research have worked together to combine the very latest nutritional research and development with meaningful advancements in equine feed formulation and nutrition. The Equine Health and Nutrition Seminar will review some of the latest findings with a focus on applying this science to the modern sport horse.

With an exceptional lineup of speakers, the seminar will deliver valuable insights from world-renowned experts across several fields and detail how these findings can be applied to modern equine athletes.

Included in the lineup of renowned speakers is Kentucky Equine Research founder and president Joe Pagan, Ph.D., who will present two sessions: “Heat Stress in Horses: Strategies for Cooling and Hydration” and “The Importance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids in Equine Nutrition.”
