Manna Pro Family Farm Complete Horse 10 horse feed is being recalled by the FDA because certain lots contain monensin sodium or Rumensin.

Rumensin is a medication that has been approved for use with livestock and poultry, but can be fatal to horses. Products in question were sold between January 11, 2011 and January 21, 2011 in California, Nevada, and Oregon. Products tainted with Rumensin have been removed from feed store shelves, but consumers should make sure they have no Family Farm Complete Horse 10 with the product code: “MADE 010611W” (printed on the white packaging strip along the bottom). Stop using feed with this code and return it for refund. This recall does not affect humans.
