One of the biggest events on Australia’s showjumping calendar is the North and North West Showjumping Club World Cup Qualifier at AELEC held 25-28 August 2022.

Now in its sixth year, TWCS attracts competitors from all corners of the country. From grassroots to Australia’s leading athletes and performance horses, the 2022 TWCS saw four days of exciting competition across three showjumping arenas.

The Tamworth event is just one of 10 qualifying rounds in Australia for the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) World Cup Jumping Series in 2022. The top-placed rider from the Australian league, of 13 across the world, will be invited to attend the World Cup Jumping final.

Kentucky Equine Research sponsored the livestreaming with Balance Partners Barastoc so not a moment was missed.

Brook Dobbin of Glenwood Park (Yarra Valley, Victoria) took five horses to Tamworth for the championship: Devos GP, Jacky S, Gina MVNZ, Little Miss Trouble, and Oaks Empire.

Diamond B Stud (Freemans Reach, NSW), owned by Helen Chugg, with Amanda Madigan riding, also took five horses: Diamond B Vivienne, Bermuda SHP, Diamond B Beyonce, APH Eclipse, and Diamond B Bleubry.

“All our team were great and improved from show to show—that’s some effort! Thanks to Nano- E, Nano-Q10, and Gold Pellet, the horses kept form, happiness, and joy to jump. It’s so incredibly important to finish a show with ears pricked towards the next one,” said Helen Chugg.
